When it comes to certain things I am what some might call “Cheap.” So when I first started training I went against my better judgement of getting the shoes I probably you have gotten which were Reebok’s Crossfit Nano 4.0 and instead went with the Crossfit Sprint 2.0
The Sprint wasn’t a terrible shoe but I got them because they were on sale and as I mentioned above. I am kind of cheap. But, let me tell you what a bad decision that was.
You see, in Crossfit. A lot of your movement depends on your ability to keep balanced, flat footed and strong in your core. What I had purchased were shoes made for running more than they were made to make you feel solid in a squat.
I was able to catch a sale online of the Nano 4.0 and ordered up a pair in High Vis Green.
This shoe changed everything for me. It’s hard to detail all the little things but just imagine what it would be like to have a shoe that was made for the things you are doing everyday at your box. Now take that vision and multiply it by 10.. That’s what it’s like to do a workout in these things.
They fit perfectly the day they arrived to my house and even wore them that night to WOD. No break in time needed for these bad boys.
