Things are starting to get super real as we count down the last few weeks/days until our son Aspen’s birth. Between work, the gym and eating I haven’t had too much time to write. So now, I am making that time. 

I’ve decided to see what would happen if I shifted my routines a bit. With my thought process being that if I get up a bit earlier I can do my morning things earlier, get in the shower earlier and off to work earlier. Then I could leave work a little earlier, be at the gym earlier and finally be back home earlier. 

Crossfit Motivation

So far, this approach has been working great. I am still sleeping as much as I used to. Which, I have to be honest isn’t always 8 hours. But, it’s good enough for me and I don’t feel sluggish at all during the day. 

Everyone says “That the best writing happens in the morning when your brain is basically empty.” 

I suppose that is something I can prescribe to. I don’t see any reason not to believe it. 

So long story short, You’re gonna start seeing a lot more posts from me and hopefully you find them to be helpful in some form or fashion.
