Well, I kind of screwed up this last week. One of the things I have been really on point on lately was my nutrition. I normally make all my meals for the week on Sundays which makes it super easy to keep my food game on lock.
For some reason I decided that I would be ok without my my meal plan and guess what… I was wrong.
I’ve learned that without proper food I felt sluggish all week in addition to not feeling at my peak while at the gym.
In short it really sucked. So this week I am back on my game and will be posting my new recipes and food plan tomorrow once I figure out exactly what I feel like eating.
If there is any advice I can give anyone who has been doing good on their own meal plan it would be to stick with it. Don’t let up and let yourself slide.
