I’ve been slacking the last couple of days on writing my morning blog posts. I don’t really have any excuses except for the fact that I have introduce a couple of new things into my morning routine that has taken up some of the free time I had before heading to the gym.

The first thing is that I started drinking Bulletproof Coffee in the morning instead of just regular coffee. The time it takes to make a bulletproof coffee is a bit longer than regular coffee since it requires the use of grass fed butter and MCT oil but the benefits are certainly worth it.

The second thing is that i’ve introduced a morning meal of sorts. It’s really just carbs and almond butter. But, again this takes away time that I used to have for writing during the time I wake up and the time I head to the gym.

After a week of doing both of these things I do feel more alert and ready to work by the time I get to the gym. I also don’t get as light headed lifting heavy loads as much as I used to.

If you haven’t tried Bulletproof Coffee I highly suggest you do. It’s delicious and really good for you. I will take this any day over a starbucks or standard pot of coffee. It’s really something special.
