It might be a bit cliche these days but gratitude is a really interesting topic to me.
the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.
Gratitude puts situations into perspective. When we can see the good as well as the bad, it becomes more difficult to complain and stay stuck.
Gratitude helps us realize what we have. The awareness of what we’re grateful for can lessen our tendency to want more all the time.
Gratitude makes us happier. Gratitude strengthens relationships, improves health, reduces stress, and, in general, makes happier.
Its always easier to be a dick to everyone especially when it comes naturally to you. But knowing that you can have a bigger impact on someone’s days and life just by being thankful for them goes much much further.
