I’ve started tracking my days a little more than I used to. Looking at average sleep and steps taken each day. 

I’m not overly surprised that even though I feel like I’m moving a lot at work. In reality I’m not moving much at all. 

Sleep is something I did expect though. Averaging between 5-6 hours a night. This seems to work for me though. It’s not that i stay up super late each night. Because I don’t. I’m in bed between 10:30 and 11. 

In order to make up for the lack of movement though I have to be up around 4:30/5 to make it to the gym before work. 

I know if I didn’t have that I’d be in much worse shape than I’m in. So I’m willing to cut back on the sleep in exchange for the increase in activity.
