It’s been a while since my last post and I totally screwed the pooch on the whole daily post thing. I don’t have any good reason other than I just didn’t do it.

Something I did start doing though is meditating every morning. I’ve been using the headspace app when I get up right after I make my morning coffee.

I can’t say to much as to whether or not it has helped me. Honestly I don’t know if I even know what to look for. I do know that it helps wake me up and encourages me to be a bit more focused so early in the morning.
