How do you purge your day?

Your stress?

Your anger?

I do my best to not bring things home with me and look forward to the drive from my office to my house which can take roughly about 30 min on a good day.

That time allows me to change my mindset and mood before I get home. Essentially leaving it at the door.

It allows me to time to check my attitude and hopefully reset my emotional hygiene.
